I’m a millennial leader with a passion for redefining leadership. With nearly 30 years of 'talking to people' experience and a career that spans diverse industries, I’ve crafted leadership solutions for teams of all sizes (from five to five thousand).
As a neurodivergent speaker, I’m known for saying the quiet parts out loud while balancing compassion, grace, and resilience. I believe leadership isn’t just about those in the spotlight; it’s also about those who quietly empower others, reflect their strengths, and help them see their full potential.
I specialize in engaging diverse audiences, particularly those who haven’t traditionally seen themselves represented in leadership. With a dual degree in Educational Studies and Organizational Leadership, I create accessible, customized learning experiences that meet people where they are.
I founded Light Work Leadership because I believe it is time to dismantle the idea that leadership is measured by outdated, profit-driven models. Leadership should be about directing and reflecting the light we see in others, not just the work that they produce.
My mission is to help team leaders ask, “how might we do this better?” when thinking about how we show up for those in our orbit.
